When you choose to work with Shakti Creative our Number One priority is to ensure that our clients have a wonderful experience working with us.

Before you work with us please review the below terms and conditions. Then let's get to work amplifying your business and creating space for you to increase your capacity to shine. 

  • Make your purchase, you will be sent an email with a questionnaire, please complete that
  • Book your initial 60min client call as linked in the email, depending on which package there may be a 60min mentoring call, book that too
  • During our call we'll agree on direction, tasks included in your package and your needs, these will be emailed to you in a beautiful pdf vision and strategy board within 7 working days
  • Provide access to agreed items, e/g. social media/website/email logins, any branding/images etc
  • Once you have approved the above we will agree on a time-frame for work to be completed with an option for one edit - subsequent edits charged at $60 p/h
  • There are no refunds on work carried out.
