Lately, I’ve been deep in my Saint Belford Curation Planner 📖, mapping out ideas, feeling into what wants to come through, and making space for inspiration to land. I’ve come to realise that inspiration isn’t something we chase—it’s something we make space for. ✨

Before I sit down to create, I set the scene. I light a candle 🕯️—one that carries a scent of something warm and grounding, like sandalwood or rose. A few drops of essential oil 🌿 between my palms, inhaling deeply, letting my breath slow. A little incense curling into the air, a fresh flower 🌸 (or a whole bunch, if I’m feeling extra), and music 🎶 that shifts me into a different frequency. Right now, my pink dahlias are in full bloom, and they remind me—creativity isn’t rushed. It unfolds in its own time.

Flowers have always been one of my greatest muses. 🌺 The way a rose slowly unfurls its petals, revealing its beauty in layers. The way wildflowers bloom effortlessly in unexpected places, untouched by self-doubt. My dahlias, standing tall in the garden, remind me that we, too, have seasons—times to plant seeds, times to root down, and times to burst into full, radiant expression. Each petal, each fragrance, each moment of beauty in nature is a reminder that our creativity has its own divine timing. 🌿✨
